Yes, a minimum 50% non-refundable deposit is required on all custom orders. Depending on the nature of your order, an additional percentage deposit may be required. Once your deposit is received your order will be placed in the queue to begin work.
Final payment is required upon completion of your order and before the item can be delivered or shipped.
Payments can be made by PayPal or Venmo. (Local orders may be paid by cash or check.) If you have a preference please let me know!
All custom orders are placed in a queue in the order that their deposit is received. A time estimate will be provided to you once your order request is processed.
Once your order is completed, local delivery is available upon request for a fee.
Local pick-up may also be available.
The order can also be shipped via the USPS. A tracking number will be provided once your package ships. The customer is required to cover the cost of the shipment.
You will be contacted within two business days to discuss your request. At this time, any questions and minor details regarding your request will be hammered out so a mock up can be developed. Upon approval of the design and cost estimate you will receive an invoice in which you can make your deposit. Once your deposit is processed, your order will be queued up and ready to go!
